I synthesized CRM product system requirements from disparate, often conflicting sources to create the company's first topology-based requirements document. Readers could click a machine in the topology example graphic for a list of software and hardware requirements.

From 1998 through 2001, I was responsible for writing all user documentation for Vixel's switches and hubs. I developed a FrameMaker template to mimic the existing Corporate design (existing in PageMaker) and I often created guides solely from interviews when no specs or other written information were available.
Online help deemed "excellent" by outside reviewers
In this NetworkWorld review of Vixel's SAN InSite switch management (dated August 21, 2000), the authors stated:
